Using Math Alarm Clock or another EZ Systems app and something is not working? Most questions are answered below. If not, email us and a person will reply.

An alarm did not ring
Open Math Alarm Clock and run the one-time setup check. It shows which phone settings can stop alarms, such as battery savers, notifications or Do Not Disturb, and links to each fix. Then run the 15-second test alarm with your phone locked.

Purchases and refunds
Pro is bought through Google Play. If Pro is missing after reinstalling or on a new phone, use Restore purchase on the Pro screen while signed in to the same Google account. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and are requested through Google Play.

Your data
Math Alarm Clock keeps everything on your phone and has no account. To remove its data, use the reset in the app’s settings or uninstall it.
